English Tutor for ESL Learners

Hello! Welcome to tutorvanessa.com! My name is Vanessa and I'm an English tutor for ESL learners in Victoria, BC (Canada). I offer one-on-one tutoring sessions and cater to English learners of all ages and backgrounds from around the world.

Many students seek to learn English for various reasons. Sometimes, school doesn't cover everything and there is a need for extra study. I want to help you study English in order to gain confidence and fluency. Whether you are studying English for a specific purpose or just wanting to improve your English skills in general, I can help you.
 

My lessons include but are not limited to:
 

• Conversation skills (speaking, pronunciation and listening)
• Grammar
• Understanding and use of vocabulary, phrasal verbs and idioms
• Reading and writing skills
• Cultural studies

I also provide help and guidance with CVs (Résumés) and Cover Letters as well as Editing.

I am friendly and I work hard to help build your skills and confidence in the English language. I create custom lessons based on your needs and I make sure that I listen to what is important to you and understand what your goals are.
